FTPEditor.com will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving customer's permission. You can sleep well knowing your information will not leave our offices.
1. Why do we collect user information when you download ?
When you download a piece of software from us, we log your Name, Email Address. We do this to help detect illegal downloads and software piracy.
2. How is the information you collect used ?
We keep a database of our users names and email addresses for product update and upgrade notifications. When we release a new version of our software, we send a message to all registered users and let them know. If you do not wish to receive these notices, send an Email to info@ftpeditor.com, and your name will be removed from our notification database.
3. Will my personal information ever be used for any other purpose ?
The only time we would ever use your personal information for any other reason is to aid the proper authorities in finding fraudulent credit card charges or in finding those responsible for illegal distibution or piracy of our software.
4. Will FTPEditor.com ever sell my information to a third party for advertising ?
No ! Never !
